We use an Asset Manager to value the property. They normally instruct two local Estate Agents to inspect your property. We are very happy to let you see a copy of the Valuation.
We have no need to meet you as we have the property inspected by local Estate Agents and a local RICS Chartered Surveyor.
We will give your contact details to our Asset Manager who will call you to arrange access for the Estate Agents and Surveyor.
There are absolutely none apart from the fact we obviously buy below the market value. Also, you are not committed to the sale until contracts are exchanged.

It depends where your property is and price bracket the property falls into. We generally require a discount of 15% to 20% below market value. If the value is less than £100,000 we normally look for a discount of between £15,000 and £20,000.
Unfortunately we know firms that often do this. We don’t agree with this and have no intention of dropping the offer last minute.
