Richard is a very experienced property underwriter having valued more than 50,000 properties in his time at HBB. He has valued every type of property in every location that you can imagine – from isolated farmhouses in the middle of Wales through to high value town houses in the centre of London.

He uses a variety of external property data sources combined with his own experience to determine the value of an individual property and recommend the best offer price we can to our customers.
