We will buy any house in any condition

We buy houses with problems so you don’t have to worry, and some properties are just difficult to sell on the market. This can be for a number of reasons:

Reason for selling: The seller owned the property and rented it out. But, when the tenants left, he decided the returns weren’t attractive enough as a landlord so decided to sell the house to fund a new home he wanted to buy and move into. Reason for selling: After splitting from their partner of 20 years, the homeowner didn’t like to visit the property and wanted to purchase a new home in Greece.
